RE-1 Rapid Microbiome Reset
A 3-in-1 eubiotic — probiotic, prebiotic, and postbiotic in a single daily sachet — delivering 500 billion CFU of human-origin strains. It re-seeds the bacterial genus most depleted by modern life and holds the gains of your Repair and Maintain program in place. The step that turns a good result into one that lasts.
Not suitable during active SIBO or if bloating is a current symptom. This reset contains 4.5 g of prebiotic fibre (GOS + inulin), which feeds bacteria throughout the gut — helpful once your terrain is rebuilt, but it can worsen bloating and feed an existing small-intestinal overgrowth. If you have SIBO or are bloated, complete your eradication and clear the bloating first, or speak to your Microbiome Doctor before starting.

Clearing and rebuilding is the work. Keeping it is the reset.
A Repair program does the hard part — it strips the biofilms, kills the overgrowth, neutralises the endotoxins, and reseeds protective strains. But the strains delivered in the rebuild phase are largely transient. Within 7 to 10 days of finishing, most of them are gone. The terrain has been cleared and prepared; what it needs next is a resident population that actually stays.
That is what this reset is for. Rather than another passing probiotic, it delivers human-origin strains — bioidentical to the bacteria you inherit at birth and led by the bifidobacteria genus most depleted by modern life — at a dose 10 to 50 times a standard probiotic, with the prebiotic fibre and postbiotic signalling they need to take root. It is the difference between a microbiome that bounces back and one that holds.
It is the recommended adjunct across every Repair and Maintain program — with one exception. Because it carries 4.5 g of prebiotic fibre, it is not for use during an active small-intestinal overgrowth (SIBO) or while bloating is still a symptom. Clear those first; then reset.
Three things in one sachet.
Re-seed What's Missing
7 live human-origin strains · bifidobacteria-led · 500 billion CFU
Most off-the-shelf probiotics use transient strains from animals or plants that pass straight through without settling in. This reset uses human-origin strains — bioidentical to the species you inherit at birth — led by the bifidobacteria genus that is the most depleted in IBS and modern Western guts. These take up residence rather than just visiting.
Rebuild the resident population, not a passing one.
Feed the New Flora
4.5 g prebiotic fibre · GOS + inulin
Re-seeding only holds if the new strains have something to eat. Each sachet carries 4.5 g of galactooligosaccharides and inulin — prebiotic fibre that selectively nourishes the beneficial bacteria you've just delivered and drives production of the short-chain fatty acids that feed the gut lining.
Give the new colony fuel so it stays.
Signal the Immune System
1 immunogenic postbiotic strain
A postbiotic strain stimulates the cytokine signalling that helps regulate inflammation and bridges innate and adaptive immunity — the gut-immune axis that does most of its work quietly in the background. This is the third arm of the eubiotic: not just bacteria and their food, but the immune conversation they trigger.
Restore the gut-immune dialogue, not just the bugs.
Why the dose and the strains matter.
From a good result to a lasting one.
Begin the reset as you finish Repair.
Phase 1 clears the overgrowth and Phase 2 rebuilds — but those delivered strains decline within 7–10 days of stopping. Begin the reset at the start of Maintain so human-origin bifidobacteria establish straight away, with no gap for old patterns to creep back.
Take it dry, once a day.
One sachet each morning, dry on the tongue or in water, 15–20 minutes before food on an empty stomach. No refrigeration, no fuss. Most patients run the 4-week course alongside their daily Maintain probiotic; deeper dysbiosis runs 8 weeks.
A result that holds.
By the end of the course the resident population has shifted — bifidobacteria have taken up residence, diversity is restored, and the risk of relapse is meaningfully lower. Your Maintain probiotic then keeps that new baseline steady for the long run.
Questions, answered.
Who is the reset for?
It's the recommended adjunct for patients completing a Repair program and moving into Maintain — across gut, skin, oral, and women's programs. It re-seeds human-origin bacteria and holds the gains of the rebuild phase in place. It can also be used on its own as a rapid microbiome reset for general dysbiosis.
Who should NOT take it?
Do not use it during an active SIBO (small-intestinal bacterial overgrowth), or while bloating is a current symptom. Each sachet contains 4.5 g of prebiotic fibre (GOS + inulin). That fibre is beneficial once your terrain is rebuilt — but it feeds bacteria throughout the gut, which can worsen bloating and feed an existing overgrowth in the small intestine. If you have SIBO or are bloated, finish your eradication and settle the bloating first, or check with your Microbiome Doctor before starting.
Why is this different from a normal probiotic?
Three reasons. First, the strains are human-origin — bioidentical to the species you inherit at birth, so they colonise rather than pass through like the plant- and animal-derived strains in most products. Second, the dose is 500 billion CFU per sachet — 10 to 50 times a standard daily probiotic. Third, it's a complete eubiotic: probiotic strains, the prebiotic fibre that feeds them, and a postbiotic strain that signals the immune system — all in one.
Which size should I choose?
The 7-day size is a trial run to confirm it suits you. Two weeks is the minimum rapid reset. The 4-week course is the standard Extended Protocol most patients run alongside Maintain — long enough for bifidobacteria to settle in. The 8-week course is for deeper or more stubborn dysbiosis and offers the lowest cost per sachet. When in doubt, follow your Microbiome Doctor's recommendation.
When and how do I take it?
One sachet each morning, dry on the tongue or stirred into water, 15–20 minutes before food on an empty stomach. It's a shelf-stable powder — no refrigeration needed. Take it daily for the length of your chosen course for best results.
When in my program should I start?
Begin as you start Maintain — i.e. once you've completed the eradication and rebuild phases of your Repair program. Starting it then means human-origin strains establish straight away, before the transient rebuild strains decline (which happens within 7–10 days of finishing Phase 2). Order it as you begin Maintain so there's no gap.
Is it safe with allergies or dietary restrictions?
The formula is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, nut-free, and sugar-free, and is monitored to European Food Safety Authority allergen standards. As with any supplement, check the full ingredient panel against your individual allergy profile and confirm suitability with your practitioner if you're unsure.
Can I take it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Speak with your treating practitioner, GP, or obstetrician before starting any new supplement during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Don't begin without that clearance.

Not for active SIBO or current bloating. This product contains 4.5 g of prebiotic fibre per serve, which can aggravate bloating and feed an existing small-intestinal bacterial overgrowth. Do not use it during active SIBO or while bloating is a symptom — clear those first or consult your Microbiome Doctor.
